About the Role:

PAL OF DALLAS LLC is looking for a dependable and skilled Roadside Assistance Technician to join our day shift team in Carrollton, TX! This is a great opportunity to put your mechanical know-how to work helping drivers get back on the road safely and quickly. Responsibilities:

• Respond to roadside service calls including jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery
• Perform on-site vehicle assessments and provide basic mechanical assistance
• Operate towing and recovery equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate service calls and routing
• Maintain accurate service records and document each job completed
• Ensure service vehicle is properly stocked, maintained, and road-ready at all times
• Deliver exceptional customer service to stranded or distressed motorists

Requirements:

• Prior experience in roadside assistance, towing, or automotive service preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate light-duty tow trucks or service vehicles
• Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
