We're looking for experienced field engineers to support a high-priority engagement across multiple sites in the USA. Immediate onboarding — project goes live next week! Locations Hiring: Whitewater, WI Sewell, NJ Dispatch Support + Mandatory Scheduled Visits (Every Tue & Thu – Full Day): Sidney, OH Wytheville, VA Solon, OH Sabetha, KS What You'll Do Onsite desktop and network support Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook & standard business apps Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting — switches, routers, Wi-Fi APs Smart Hands support for remote L2/L3 teams & OEM vendors Rack & stack, cable patching/tracing, port activation SLA compliance & customer security policy adherence What You Bring 1–3 years of Desktop Support / Field IT Support experience Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Outlook, AD basics & networking fundamentals Hands-on hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals) Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi Ability to work independently onsite Willingness to travel to customer sites as required Nice to Have CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, ITIL Foundation, CCNA or equivalent Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira or similar ticketing toolsFamiliarity with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco & other enterprise hardware Background in managed IT services / IT asset management #J-18808-Ljbffr Sitevis LTD
