Repossession LPR Field Investigator

Description S.C.A.R., Inc. is a repossession company that has been in the industry for nearly 15 years. We believe in promoting from within when applicable and we operate in multiple markets throughout Texas, so a change of location may also be available. The typical workweek is five consecutive days, starting Sunday, from 4 PM until 4 AM with a 1-hour lunch break at 9 PM. Field Investigators are asked to; Follow company policy and procedures Provide detailed updates on account activities Follow assigned routes for maximum data collection Keep a clean & well-conditioned company vehicle Compensation Our field investigators earn an average of $36,000.00 annually, with some earning $5k to $15k more. We offer base hourly pay, commission, performance bonuses, and employer-sponsored health insurance. Requirements The applicant must: be at least 23 years of age and possess a valid Texas driver's license. be able to pass pre-employment and unannounced drug screens throughout employment. not have more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years. not have any felony convictions within the past 7 years. meet work schedule expectations.
