Land Development Lead: Deliver Ready-to-Build Communities

Lennar

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the division's land development program, coordinating roadway construction, water and sewer installations, earthwork, and public utility coordination to deliver ready-to-build home sites. Responsibilities include budgeting during entitlement, working with jurisdictional entities, and overseeing field operations from permit through community turnover.
