Print Operations Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Print Operations Specialist for a temporary contract opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for someone with office, document processing, copy center, mailroom, records management, or print production experience who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced professional environment. As a Print Operations Specialist, you will support daily document production, high‑volume printing, copying, sorting, filing, storage, and distribution activities. You will work closely with site leadership and internal customers to complete job requests accurately, keep records organized, and help maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to build practical experience in print operations, administrative support, customer service, and records management. Key Responsibilities Operate high‑volume printing, copying, and document production equipment accurately and efficiently. Receive, review, organize, process, file, store, and distribute incoming documents and records. Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalation of technical or maintenance issues as needed. Provide front‑line customer service by responding to inquiries and managing print, copy, mail, and document requests. Maintain accurate records, inventory logs, service documentation, and workflow tracking. Support mailing, sorting, reception coverage, room setup, light maintenance, and other general office duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $20 per hour. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Job type: Temporary contract. Location: Bellevue, WA.
