They should have a proven track record of generating significant growth within a developing organization and be adept at building customer relationships and partnerships from the ground up. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex business opportunities and develop teams and commercial infrastructure. The role requires a strategic thinker who is also comfortable with hands-on execution and can provide the executive team with insights into revenue performance, opportunities, risks, and market conditions.
