Join us as we continue to redefine the standards of excellence in property management! Who we need: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Administrator to join our team. This is a part time position reporting directly to the Account Executive. The role is based at Fuller Pond located in Middleton, MA. As a hands-on contributor, the Property Administrator will handle homeowner phone calls, manage Accounts Payable, and communicate with homeowners as needed. What you’ll do: Front office: represent the company with professionalism and friendliness, answer inquiries and/or direct to appropriate persons Homeowner communications Ensures that work orders are correctly and quickly entered to facilitate timely responses. Works closely with manager to assist in homeowner communications regarding status of work orders. Maintains calendars; takes reservations, follows up with applications and checks. Filing, copying, as needed in support of the needs of the property. Collect and enter data into Fuller Pond Homeowner Database. Processes account payable through the Cinc Systems. Manages accounts payable files by vendor and year. Routinely checks clubhouse to ensure tidy and in order. Any other duties or tasks assigned by the Account Executive.
