HR Generalist — LOA, Investigations & CA Compliance
Beacon Hill
Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Downtown Los Angeles nonprofit on a contract-to-hire basis. You will support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on LOA administration, employee relations, and workplace investigations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, knowledgeable in California employment laws, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Paycom experience is highly preferred, and relevance with LOA, investigations, and Paycom is frequently cited in #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
