Forklift Operator / Material Handler

• Operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy.
• Support production with material replenishment and staging.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

✅ Forklift experience preferred

✅ Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience

✅ Strong attention to safety and detail

✅ Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts

✅ Team player with reliable attendance

Day shift: 6am-6pm rotate, FLEXIBLE $19-$23+

Night shift : 6pm-6am rotate FLEXIBLE $21-$25+

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
