CNC Operator HydromatWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Hydromat Operator to join our team in Bremen.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!CNC Operator Hydromat Details:Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $21.00 / hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare tooling using a pre-setter, change tooling based on tool life, load bar stock, and maintain proper chip flow both internally and in the chip hopper.Blueprint InterpretationInspect finished products for accuracy, dimensions, and tolerances using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Perform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubricating equipment, and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.Accurately record production data, perform hourly part checks, and create job tags as required.CNC Operator Hydromat Qualifications:Working knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and G-code programming.Proficient in reading blueprints and using inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred.Vocational training or certifications in CNC machining are a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
