The ideal candidate will have a passion for garment construction and experience with embroidery machines. This role involves fabricating and assembling various textile products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Duties

• Fabricate and assemble garments according to specifications and design requirements.
• Operate embroidery machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used in the fabrication process.

Skills

• Proficient in operating embroidery machines with a strong understanding of garment construction techniques.
• Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to fabricate various textile products while adhering to quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
