Maintenance Specialist I 2nd Shift

Job Summary Maintenance Specialist I – 2nd Shift. Work location: 6100 Harris Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76132. Work hours: Monday through Friday, 3PM to 11:30PM, with on‑call rotation and requirement to cover Clearfork location as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, hospital equipment, and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system. Perform skill trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required. Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair, operation of facility equipment, components, utilities, and the like. Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training. Required Qualifications H.S. Diploma or equivalent. 3 years of experience in a commercial or industrial environment. 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment highly preferred. Knowledge with chilled water systems, pneumatic tube stations, computerized maintenance systems, HVAC, and general plumbing. Knowledge of fire alarms, life safety systems and inspections of fire alarm devices. Knowledge of emergency generators and related equipment. D.L. – Driver’s License upon hire required. Other healthcare maintenance certification upon hire preferred.
