Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled and caring Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to enhance our expanding team of imaging specialists dedicated to delivering outstanding care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, clearly and compassionately explaining each step
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring healthcare providers to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Efficiently operate and maintain imaging equipment while promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Accurately document procedures and maintain up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging methods and industry best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program strongly preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Skills Needed
