Data Entry Specialist

Provide data entry support to the Providers Department. Perform general administrative tasks related to data management, scanning and filling. Demonstrate knowledge and speed when using the electronic platform and other technological applications available. Participate in educational activities such as training, seminars, workshops, educational materials and other, as required. Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with speed and accuracy. Verify data for accuracy and completeness. Review and correct data entry errors. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Generate reports and perform data audits as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency. Apply in a consistent manner the policies and procedures that are pertinent to the Providers Department at FHC. Comply with the guidelines and established criteria for the different processes. Comply with the established quality parameters. Manages time appropriately Participate in the mandatory training, as established by the Company and pursuant to the requirements of the department. Comply with the established attendance and punctuality policies. Agree to comply faithfully with the following requirements, but not limited to: Code of Conduct, Ethics, Confidentiality, Conflict of Interest, etc. Complies with the standards of the Service Excellence Program.
