The Opportunity This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in recruitment and sales. No prior recruitment experience is necessary- we provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and hands‑on guidance from day one. What matters most is your drive, resilience, confidence, and work ethic. You’ll gain experience across the full recruitment lifecycle: building client relationships, sourcing niche tech talent, and eventually managing your own desk independently. What You’ll Be Doing Building and maintaining relationships with clients and hiring managers across the U.S. Sourcing and engaging candidates within specialized tech markets Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement Growing your own network of clients and candidates Working towards individual targets in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment Training & Progression We offer a clear development path backed by hands‑on support from experienced consultants and leadership. You’ll start with structured training and mentorship, progressing to managing your own full‑cycle desk: 0-12 months: Learning the fundamentals and making placements with support 12-18 months: Running your own processes and developing a client base 18 months+: Leading key accounts, mentoring others, and driving growth Success here is performance‑based- your results determine your progression and earning potential.
