As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with experienced consultants to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process, while contributing to the growth of our company and helping clients connect with top‑tier talent. In this role you will be: Assisting senior consultants in identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for various job roles across different industries. Learning to conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present shortlisted candidates to clients. Gaining insights into client relationship management by understanding their recruitment needs and tailoring candidate recommendations accordingly. Developing expertise in using recruitment software and databases to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records. Keeping up to date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice to candidates and clients. To be successful you will need to: Be a goal orientated individual. Have the speed of thought to spot opportunities to up‑sell and cross‑sell. Be a team player and yet capable of operating autonomously. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Have a confident approach. Have an innate desire to be successful and a willingness to make the commitment this role requires as well as the resilience to deal with the inevitable challenges that a sales role can bring. Have a proven track record of high achievement in previous roles.
