Senior Compensation Advisor

Compile, process, and maintain commission transactions, including coding, adjustments, and reconciliations Prepare, input, and track commission batches received from sponsors and representatives Perform quality control on transactions and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards Research and resolve discrepancies related to commission statements, payments, and account activity Support weekly compensation and payroll processing activities Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and support operational workflows Assist with escalations, priority requests, and time-sensitive processing tasks Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support system enhancements as needed All other duties as assigned Requirements 1-3+ years of experience in commission processing, financial operations, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in work output Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
