Senior Consumer Finance Associate

Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Consumer Finance Associate for their Phoenix, AZ office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. Responsibilities Advise clients on financial services regulatory and compliance matters. Handle issues related to mortgage lending, consumer finance, and commercial finance. Develop and implement compliance strategies for alternative lending products. Collaborate with clients on state licensing and product development. Engage in bank partnership models and enforcement actions. Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance. Experience with FinTech products and structures. Knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations. Enforcement experience is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
