Consumer Finance Associate (Senior Level)

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, offers a full‑time senior Associate position in the Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice. The role can be based in our Miami, DC, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Phoenix or Dallas offices. GT’s global footprint and extensive practice base provide opportunities to work with a diverse client portfolio across the country. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of financial services regulatory and compliance experience in mortgage lending/servicing, consumer finance, commercial finance, and alternative lending products (BNPL, EWA, FinTech) Experience with state licensing, product development, compliance, and bank partnership models Knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations (TILA, RESPA, UDAAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA, FDCPA) Enforcement experience preferred, along with experience in money services businesses and payment systems Willingness to take on significant responsibility, strong client‑service commitment, team‑oriented and entrepreneurial mindset Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction; fluency in Spanish is a plus GT is an EEO employer committed to merit‑based consideration and review without regard to race, sex, or other protected characteristics, and to the principles of non‑discrimination on any protected basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr GT Restructuring
