Assemblers will be responsible for putting together products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires precision, consistency, and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools and equipment
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Meet production goals and deadlines ⏱
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity)
- Previous assembly experience required
- Good work history is required
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekly pay
