You'll lead and engage your sales team, ensuring they are well-coached and motivated to achieve their goals. Your role involves managing Neighborhood Sales Managers, conducting regular sales meetings, and collaborating with the Marketing, Design and Purchasing teams to optimize product and pricing offerings. You'll also focus on achieving sales and settlement plans by ensuring accurate sales contracts and resolving any issues promptly. Neighborhood maintenance, velocity, and profitability are key priorities, requiring you to conduct gap analyses, adjust pricing and incentives, and monitor model home and community upkeep. Balancing office work with frequent field visits, you ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies and the overall success of the division's sales efforts.
