Base pay range $20.00/hr - $26.00/hr Direct message the job poster from BayOne Solutions Responsibilities Execute a variety of simple to complex microbiological laboratory experiments in collaboration with other technicians and scientists to support the Client's business. Collaborate with scientists to collect, evaluate, and present data to inform teams to enable project decisions. Manage the microbiology laboratory for this specific project, including laboratory upkeep, maintenance, and ordering equipment and supplies. Contributes to the operating principles and best practices of this new capability by working safely and with the highest integrity. Contributes to knowledge management practices with standardization and consistency. Ability to effectively network internally and externally. Excellent communication skills with ability to present critical information. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with individuals in a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds and build effective relationships. Preferred qualifications Background in biology, biotechnology, or microbiology Ideal candidate should have experience with aseptic techniques and dilution procedures.
