Paralegal - Public Defender & Client Advocate

Virginia Defenders- Indigent Defense Commission (IDC) in Virginia Beach seeks a Paralegal to support attorneys, investigators, and mitigation specialists in the Public Defender’s Office. This at-will role reports to the Chief Public Defender of the Virginia Beach office. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and communication skills, plus the ability to manage a large caseload and connect clients with local resources.
