Position Registered Nurse (RN) in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Role & Responsibilities Provide specialized nursing care for patients transitioning through pre and post-operative phases, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and recovery. Responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assessing patient status in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care and adhere to clinical protocols. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license, current certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and specific PACU and pharmacology skills. Must pass required exams and attestations. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential. Key Duties Conduct pre-operative assessments, manage patient recovery, monitor post-anesthesia vitals, and document care accurately.
