Property Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Community Association Manager to become a part of our team! Neighborhood Management, LLC is looking for a Manager to work with Homeowners Associations in Birmingham and the extended market. A background in Association Management or Multi-Family Management is a plus, but not mandatory for the right person. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for helping others. Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve homeowner complaints Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Management of neighborhood contractors (landscapers, maintenance personnel, pool managers, etc.) Working with Board members and residents to enforce property and associations' rules and regulations Daily communication with board members and residents, etc. Qualifications: Previous experience in property management or other related fields Ability to build rapport with homeowners Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Neighborhood Management, LLC is a community association management firm with 30 years of experience managing homeowner, condo and commercial associations.
