Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to become part of our dedicated team. We are a physician-owned, multi-specialty group committed to providing exceptional healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $333,626 annually plus production incentives.
• Bonus Package: $48,000 bonus for the first two years.

Qualifications

• Board Certification: Must be board certified or board eligible, with certification required within three years of eligibility.
• Visa Sponsorship: H1B and J1 candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Background Checks: All offers are contingent upon successful completion of references, background checks, pre-employment physicals, and drug screenings.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school is essential.
• Residency Completion: Must have completed an appropriate residency program demonstrating competency.
• Licensing: Must be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, including the Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities are required.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
