As an Executive Director you are responsible for the overall management of a facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Financial Management Quality Management Human Resource Management Physical Plant Management Marketing & Community Relations Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
