This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about creating events, experiences and delivering exceptional customer service. Located at our headquarters, this role requires the candidate to be actively present on-site, as this is not a remote job opportunity. As an Event Assistant at Milevista, you will play a critical role in the seamless execution of our events. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support our event planning teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of bringing events to life. Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate all logistical aspects of event planning. Assist in developing and supervising event schedules and timelines. Communicate effectively with potential customers, clients, and internal teams to ensure event success. Handle on-site operations during events, including setup and breakdown activities. Manage inventory of event supplies and materials, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition. Provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and create materials. Requirements

Previous experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days. Comfortable working on-site and being on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs (event materials, setup items, etc.).
