Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Promotions Assistant to support promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people participating in events and developing professional communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation setup and breakdown of promotional events.
- Welcome attendees and provide friendly professional assistance.
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Help organize promotional materials displays and event resources.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
- Maintain an organized and professional event environment.
- Represent the company professionally throughout promotional activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
- Previous event or promotional experience is helpful but not required.
