Collections Specialist
Regent & Associates Law Firm
Regent & Associates is expanding and looking for a driven, results-focused Collections Specialist to join our high-performing team. We specialize in commercial collections with a strong legal foundation, giving our collectors the tools and backing needed to secure results quickly and effectively. What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and drive timely recovery of outstanding debts. Contact clients via phone and email to resolve past due balances. Negotiate payment arrangements that are realistic, compliant, and effective. Keep accurate records of communications and account activity. Work closely with our legal and administrative team to escape matters when needed. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in commercial collections (not consumer). Confident communication and phone presence—you can negotiate and persuade effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Professionalism, resilience, and a drive to hit (and exceed) recovery goals. Why Regent & Associates?
