Legal Billing & Accounts Payable Coordinator
Seeking a detail-oriented Legal Billing & Accounts Payable Coordinator to support day-to-day billing and AP operations, including invoice processing, billing inquiries, invoice validation, and maintenance of billing-related records. Experience in law firms, legal services, real estate, or property technology environments is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily legal billing and Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing and tracking.
- Monitor the billing/AP inbox and respond to vendor, supplier, and internal stakeholder inquiries.
- Review invoices for accuracy and verify negotiated discounts, rates, and agreed-upon billing arrangements.
- Set up and maintain legal matters and related billing information within applicable systems.
- Resolve routine billing discrepancies and coordinate with vendors/stakeholders as needed.
- Provide responsive, high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with AP projects, process improvements, and other operational priorities as assigned.
Experience:
- 13+ years of experience in billing, Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or accounting support.
- Strong attention to detail and experience reviewing invoices and billing information.
- Experience handling vendor/internal inquiries and resolving billing issues.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business applications.
- Experience in law firms, legal services, real estate, property management, or property technology.
