Spectrum Control, Inc. is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth in the Western Region of the United States. This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, working closely with teams to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of experience in related fields, with proven success in sales, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency.
