Summary Responsible for expediting the loan application lifecycle by providing administrative support to the Indirect Lending team. Education And/or Experience A high school education or GED required. Minimum one year of general office experience required. Minimum one year of banking experience preferred. Job Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails, routing inquiries as appropriate. Responsible for onboarding dealerships, conducting necessary due diligence, and entering and maintaining dealership information in indirect lending systems. Monitor departmental loan queues and assign work to processors based on volume and priority. Schedule internal department meetings and assist with calendar coordination. Prepare and distribute routine departmental reports. Track follow-ups and outstanding items to support workflow efficiency. Maintain organized digital records and documentation. Support Lending Program Management with system user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts for system upgrades and new product roll outs and report fundings to the project leads. Order department supplies and manage basic inventory needs. Performs other duties as requested by immediate supervisor. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
