Job DescriptionCollege Graduate – Rotational Engineering Program (REP) - start date July 2027 in Torrance, CAMercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an Electrical REP Engineer, you'll join a collaborative engineering team focused on development of advanced embedded computing, high‑speed digital systems, secure processing, and FPGA‑based hardware. This role offers you the opportunity to be mentored by and work with a world class electrical engineering team that involves the complete electrical development life cycle of new products to bring cutting-edge technology to mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.In addition to a competitive salary, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and continuous skill development, you'll join a talented, innovative team where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.What this program offers:The Rotational Engineering Program (REP) is designed to develop the next generation of technical and business leaders.You will gain:Hands on technical and leadership developmentExposure and work assignments across various engineering groups over the two-year program, based on your skills and business needsOpportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and executive managementChallenging assignments that build familiarity with Mercury Systems' practices across the organizationThe opportunity to explore individual interest aligned with company objectivesJob Responsibilities:Design electronics hardware using modern schematic capture tools Design, develop and test/verify complex circuits, modules or systems to meet customer and market requirements.Support production to resolve manufacturing issues or field failure investigation.Collaborate with the hardware design team to improve processes for design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA) and design for test (DFT) activities.Hand-on individual contributor throughout the development process including schematic design, layout, design verification testing, validation and optimization of hardware design and integration.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering obtained between May 2026 and June 2027A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the application processPrior Co‑Op or internship experience in an engineering or electronics-focused environmentExperience in the use of digital test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and high-speed oscilloscopesExperience or knowledge in highspeed digital interfaces such as PCIe, HDMI, Ethernet and SATAExperience or knowledge with video input and output processingBasic knowledge of hardware engineering development process"This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations. You may only access such information if you are a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. government.”Preferred Qualifications: Experience or knowledge in military test standards, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704.
