Shift Manager Requirements/Responsibilities Include:

• Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant.

• Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.

• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team

• Passion for delivering excellent service to the guests and creating an encouraging environment for the team members

• Count Cash Drawers and Finalizing Day.

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Will directly impact training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Must be able and willing to be on your feet for many hours at a time, cleaning as needed, lifting 10 pounds, moving quickly and efficiently, be outside to serve guests regardless of weather.

• Ensure quality and safety of food

• Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld

• 1 year of management experience preferred
