Senior Program Manager for EPICS and VIP, Indianapolis

Job SummaryThe Senior Program Manager provides operational leadership for Indianapolis EPICS and VIP, advancing student success, experiential learning, assessment, community and industry engagement, and program sustainability. The position coordinates across directors, faculty, students, academic and business offices, communications and technical staff, community organizations, industry partners, sponsors, and alumni.What You'll Be Doing:Program management and student support for Indianapolis EPICS and VIP ProgramsManage program operations, course scheduling, student recruitment and registrationAssist students with course registration in coordination with academic advisorsProgram management and student support for Indianapolis EPICS and VIP ProgramsManage program operations, course scheduling, student recruitment and registrationAssist students with course registration in coordination with academic advisorsCommunity and Industry Partners/SponsorsIdentify, recruit, develop, and steward community and industry partners/sponsors.Manage partner relationships and agreements.Serve as co-instructor/mentor for one EPICS and one VIP team and meet with students as needed outside of lab.Assessment and Program ImprovementCollect, organize, analyze, and report program metrics and ABET-related assessment data.Maintain tracking systems and use findings to strengthen student services, partner engagement, project delivery, and continuous improvement.About Us:The College of Engineering at Purdue University is among the best and largest Engineering schools in the world.
