Journeyman Data Analyst In this role you will… Interface directly with senior leaders and capability providers on Mission Assurance risk and decision-support matters Prepare tasking packages, staffing materials, and decision-support products Provide risk-mitigation analysis, Courses of Action (COAs), and return-on-investment (ROI)-based decision modeling Support the application of AI/ML techniques to extract insights from Mission Assurance assessment data and stakeholder documentation Support analytical workflow enablement and sustainment of dashboards, monitoring views, and decision-support products Additional duties as assigned Experience Requirements: 3–10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms preferred Background in data science, predictive modeling, or decision analytics preferred Experience briefing senior DoD leaders preferred Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field Certification Requirements: Palantir AI Certification (required) Security Clearance Requirements: Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats U.S. Citizenship required Other Requirements: Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior) OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances) Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others Effective verbal and written communication skills **Position is Contingent on Contract Award ** Watermark is an equal opportunity employer. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $100,000-300,000. Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
