HR ANALYST

Mandatory Documents Application Form, Resume, Valid Passport Optional Documents 3 Professional References, Copy of Degree, NIB Smart Card, Police Record, BGCSE Certificate or Degree Supports budget planning, audit requests, cost analysis, and workforce reporting, through data collection, reporting, and analysis. Serves as the Human Resources Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Lanteria and other assigned technology platforms, providing system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and user support. Maintains organizational charts, workforce documentation, departmental records, tracking tools, shared directories, and information repositories to support organizational effectiveness. Drafts, updates and maintains HR policies, procedures, forms, templates, and related documentation as directed, ensuring clarity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards. Assists in identifying, monitoring, and reporting HR-related risks and supports the maintenance of departmental risk registers and action plans in collaboration with HR Management and Risk teams via the Resolver system. Develops and maintains HR communications, personnel announcements, templates, promotional materials, and staff information resources.
