Customer Service Specialist
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Customer Service Specialist to support customers and internal teams while ensuring a seamless client experience. This individual will manage customer inquiries, assist with onboarding and account support, and help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support
- Respond to inquiries and resolve account, technical, and platform-related questions
- Support new customer onboarding, account setup, updates, and training resources
- Manage scheduled check-ins, surveys, and follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor account activity and identify trends or potential issues that may impact the customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and account information
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement and retention
- Provide clear, accurate solutions while delivering a high level of customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous experience in customer service, digital support, or a related role
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
