Customer Service Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Customer Service Specialist to support customers and internal teams while ensuring a seamless client experience. This individual will manage customer inquiries, assist with onboarding and account support, and help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support
Respond to inquiries and resolve account, technical, and platform-related questions
Support new customer onboarding, account setup, updates, and training resources
Manage scheduled check-ins, surveys, and follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor account activity and identify trends or potential issues that may impact the customer experience
Maintain accurate customer and account information
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement and retention
Provide clear, accurate solutions while delivering a high level of customer service

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Previous experience in customer service, digital support, or a related role
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
