HR Support Specialist

Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the IT organization, including recruiting, employee records management, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations, AAP/EEO compliance, and training. Partners with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, personnel matters, disciplinary actions, and organizational issues. Assists with job analysis, workforce planning, employee communications, and policy development. Supports grievance investigations, labor contract administration, and compliance initiatives. Develops and maintains HR programs, newsletters, and communications to keep employees informed of policies and organizational updates. Requires strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, confidentiality, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
