About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology and Digital Strategy to define and advance a long-range technology and digital strategy that aligns with enterprise objectives and future growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic technology executive, responsible for shaping and leading an enterprise-wide digital vision. This role involves close partnership with senior leadership to ensure that technology direction is in line with organizational goals, and to guide long-term investment planning. The VP will also be tasked with creating and maintaining governance models, architectural principles, and prioritization methods to enhance the consistency of technology decisions across the organization. Applicants must have a proven track record in senior technology leadership roles, with a focus on enterprise strategy, governance, and digital transformation. Strong knowledge of cloud and infrastructure environments, including AWS and Cisco technologies, is essential. The role requires the ability to advise executive leadership on technology investments and to influence high-level decisions. Experience in establishing enterprise architecture standards, governance processes, and multi-year technology roadmaps is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies, understand the impact of hardware and platform considerations on scalability, security, and reliability, and have a good grasp of artificial intelligence trends and their practical applications in a business environment.
