HR Operations Support Lead (HROSL) - Junior Work Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Full-Time, Junior-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support Overview CGS is seeking a skilled HR Operations Support Lead (HROSL) - Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Responsibilities Provide HR leadership, oversee compliance with federal HR policies, and coordinate workforce planning activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Of Up To 3 Years Of Relevant Experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
