Accounting Manager

A leading organization is seeking a Capital Accounting Manager to support capital and development projects. This role partners across Finance, Project Management, and Operations to ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and budget execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, commitments, change orders, and cost tracking
- Reconcile Construction-in-Progress (CIP) and maintain alignment with the General Ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements and maintain fixed asset schedules
- Oversee A/P processes, invoice approvals, and coding
- Prepare draw packages and track project funding and cash flow
- Maintain project tracking reports and support capital planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 3-6+ years of project or construction accounting experience
- Strong A/P, reconciliations, and financial reporting skills
- Advanced Excel and experience with accounting/project systems
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Hospitality and/or construction industry experience REQUIRED
