HRIS & Benefits Specialist
City of San Jose
City of San José is seeking a full-time Principal Office Specialist in the HRIS Division. The role focuses on customer-centric service, detailed data handling, and transactional HRIS tasks to support Employee Benefits and Employment divisions. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with 3 years of clerical experience, or a bachelor's degree substituting for experience, and familiarity with PeopleSoft and MS Office.
