Executive Administrator
The Executive Administrator is a highly trusted professional responsible for executive support, office administration, organizational development, business process improvement, technology adoption, and coordination of employee-related administrative and HR processes. This position serves as the primary administrative partner to the CEO and leadership team and plays a critical role in supporting organizational efficiency through communication, project coordination, process improvement, and effective use of modern technology and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, technologically savvy, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Johnstown, Colorado. Compensation & Benefits- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
- Salary Non-Exempt position with overtime eligibility

- Minimum 5 years of executive administration, office management, business administration, or related experience
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Strong technology aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field
- Experience supporting executives, business owners, or leadership teams
- Experience in construction, telecommunications, engineering, contracting, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with HR administration, payroll systems, CRM platforms, project management software, Monday.com and workforce management tools
- Comfortable learning and utilizing AI-powered productivity tools and emerging business technologies
