Compensation Range – Based on experience / Sign-On Bonus – $100,000 Full-Time opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico Schedule : 80% Clinical, 20% Administrative, 3 days weekly. Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care. Support high-quality emergency and critical care medicine and help promote consistent clinical standards across the hospital. Partner with hospital leadership to support team development, operational goals, and the continued growth of the emergency and critical care service. Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations. Build strong relationships with referring veterinarians and support seamless communication and continuity of care. Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning. What You Bring: DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure. Board Certification or Residency Trained. Strong clinical experience in emergency and critical care medicine, with a passion for mentorship and team development. Demonstrated leadership experience and a collaborative approach to working with doctors, technicians, and hospital leadership. Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach. A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
