POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for the management, professional development, budgetary control and leadership in directing departmental operations for outcomes management, case management, risk management, infection control, safety management, and survey preparedness. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: (including required licenses/certifications, education and job knowledge/experience):Current FL RN licenseMBA, MHA or MS preferredCPHQ, CCM Certification preferredMinimum of three (3) years experience in quality management, case management, risk management, or the evaluation of clinical services in a hospital setting preferredDemonstrated knowledge of performance improvement, outcomes and quality management, case management, management prevention and outcomes managementCurrent understanding of TJC, ACHA and Federal regulations Must have computer literacy and understanding of statistics, database and spreadsheet analysisMust maintain a high level of confidentialityLEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:Your role is to be an effective leader by coaching and developing your staff, collaborating, building teams, solving problems, taking initiative, analyzing, planning, managing change, accepting responsibility, setting and reviewing objectives, exercising control, making decisions, motivating others, supporting employee initiative, and building trust and commitment.
