Office/Inventory Assistant (Part-Time)

Chesterland, Ohio

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with inventory and office systems? We’re looking for a reliable Office / Inventory Assistant to join our team in Chesterland!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work and hands-on tasks in a supportive, flexible environment. There is the possibility of this turning into a full-time position.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and manage customer quotes
• Enter and process orders efficiently
• Assist with light shipping & receiving tasks
• Support daily office and inventory operations
• Help with system transition activities as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Required:   Experience with NetSuite / Oracle (due to an ongoing system transition from Sage100)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable handling both office and light warehouse duties
Dependable and able to work independently

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time:  20–25 hours per week
• Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $17–$18 per hour

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Drug screening required
