This role involves receiving, counting, storing, and tracking inventory while supporting fit center operations to ensure student uniform allotments are complete.**How You Will Make a Difference:*** Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments compared to internal reporting and packing lists.* Accurately count, record, and update inventory transactions in Excel and company inventory management system.* Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.* Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.* Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged goods.* Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.* Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping as needed.* Assist with student classes as needed.* Operate fit center equipment including pallet jack for unloading inventory and dolly.* Drive company box truck for picking up and delivering palleted shipments.* Other duties as assigned by supervisor to support the team.**Skills for Success:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.* Must have a valid driver’s license.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.* Good communication and teamwork skills.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks**Physical Requirements*** Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.* Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
