Requirements and Desired Skills:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver direct OT services to individuals and groups according to IEPs and 504 plans
- Consult with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student participation within the classroom
- Document interventions and progress, maintaining compliance with district and state guidelines
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and develop supportive resources as needed
